Regular Board Meetings Regular Board Meetings are held at: Oak Hill Fire Department, 4111 Barton Creek Blvd Homeowners are notified through email in advance of the Board Meetings, and encouraged to attend. Board meetings begin with a short "Homeowners Forum" where Homeowners are given an opportunity to ask questions to the Board. 2026 Board Meetings are tentatively scheduled for the following dates: Tuesday, Feb. 10 @5:30pm Tuesday, April 7 @5:30pm Wednesday, June 10 @5:30pm Tuesday, Aug. 11 @5:30pm Tuesday, Oct. 13 @5:30pm Annual Homeowners Meeting The Estates of Barton Creek Annual Homeowners Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 10. Location is to be determined. Check-in begins at 6:00, and the meeting begins at 6:30. |
